While the weather wasn't wonderful, it takes more than that to ruin the Stray Kat 500. The trip started off for my dad and I on Thursday afternoon. My Galaxie was still at Chaotic Customs after getting a long standing vibration issue fixed so the first leg of the trip was riding shotgun in my Dad's 57 Chevy Wagon on the way to CC in Mulvane, KS.

Limited Edition Poster #2 is now shipping!

As promised the pre-ordered Limited Edition Poster #2 copies went out today! There will be a handfull more delivered at the Stray Kat 500 in Dewey, OK this weekend as well. The rest... well they can be yours!

Only 50 copies of this 11x17 poster will ever be produced, they are hand numbered and autographed (like that last part means anything ;) ). There are still a handful of Poster #1 available but they may be gone by the end of the weekend so order before Friday for your best shot at getting one.

Calling all 49-52 Chevys!

A while back I announced the Shoebox Gathering at the Stray Kat 500 the first weekend of May in Dewey, OK.

In addition to the Shoebox Gathering we'll also be hosting a gathering for all 49-52 Chevys! One side of the street for shoeboxes, one side for the Chevy's lining up all the kool rides in a row.

Here's some examples of what we are looking for!









So if you know someone with a Ford Shoebox or a 49-52 Chevy send them over to straykatkustoms.com and get them signed up for the koolest hang of the year.

The Shoebox Gathering at the Stray Kat 500!

In the last few years my good friend Mickey (Stray Kat Kustoms) has put together a Mercury Gathering at the KKOA Leadsled Spectacular a couple of times. This inspired me. So I went to Mickey and got the permission to do a Shoebox Gathering at the 2013 Stray Kat 500!

All 49-51 Ford owners are called to bring your shoebox to the Stray Kat 500 in Dewey, OK the first weekend of May. We'll have reserved parking for as many as we can fit in a row right where the cars roll into the show. You can pre-register for the show by going to straykatkustoms.com and downloading a reg form, fill it out & mail it with your fee in.
